Competition for a flood marker in Pont-de-l’Arche

This sculpture is meant to warn the local population leaving by the river Seine of potential danger of floods.
Its geometry evokes the medieval bridge destroyed during the war who gave its name to the city. The perception of the sculpture is altered by the level of the river thanks to the reflection into the water.
